In this episode, I sit down with Jen Cohn and Jennifer Hale for a real, raw, and heart-led conversation about polarization and what it’s doing to our relationships, our nervous systems, and our sense of connection.
We talk about how easy it is to get pulled into “us vs. them,” especially with technology and algorithms constantly feeding division. And we also go deeper into the stories we tell ourselves, the old patterns that keep looping, and the inner parts of us that just want to be seen and loved.
This conversation reminded me of something I’ve been learning through meditation: fear isn’t the opposite of love, but the separation of love. And the moment we return to the heart, we return to truth.
